Having Pain in my foot
I am getting pain in my foot after i wake up ..after 30-40 min .pain decreases...i have this problem for last one year...in last month this got severe... Recently i went for blood test : Uric acid : 5.3

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plgus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part-ie. Hi!!! Your uric acid levels are fine. Usually this condition is may be due to soreness in your foot pad called as Plantar Fascitis.

Tab Etova ER 400 twice daily for 10 days Tab pan 40 once daily for 5 days tab chymoral forte one tab three times a day for 5 days cap T heal one tab two times a day for 30 days Use water bottle filled with water chilled to ice and roll your feet on it for 10 min twice a day

Use well fitting shoes all the time. Give ice packs or hot water soaks thrice a day. Avoid straining for few days. Pain will subside

Your Uric acid levels are normal. The pain May be due to an inflammation of the soft tissue of your sole, medically called as “plantar fasciitis”. This typically has pain after period of inactivity, more in morning, reduces after activity. You can try ice fomentation of foot at night before sleeping, keep feet on pillow while sleeping, avoid prolonged standing/vigorous activity, use soft soled footwear, even while at home

Uric acid is okay, other causes like plantar fascitis some serious problems due to spinal issues should be looked at
