Hi, There are a number of factors that cause hair fall including certain medical conditions, medications, physical or emotional stress, inadequate intake of nutrients etc. It is possible to correct and prevent hair loss but it needs proper evaluation of the cause. Connect with us through a personalized session as it will allow you to discuss your lifestyle, routine, sleep pattern etc and help us in understanding and analyzing the gap areas and guiding you accordingly. As a start, you can make the following changes – 1. Have balanced meals in terms of carbohydrates, proteins and fats 2. Incorporate protein in every meal. Protein-rich foods are milk, curd, paneer, eggs, chicken, fish, dals, sprouts, pulses etc 3. Have healthy fats in the form of almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds & pumpkin seeds as they are rich in vitamin E and omega 3 fatty acids. Vitamin E improves hair growth. 4. Eggs are a great source of protein and biotin, two nutrients that may promote hair growth 5. Ensure sound sleep of 7 hours daily 6. Avoid stress and perform deep breathing exercises or meditation to distress 7. Exercise for 45 minutes a day
