Hi doctor,
I am pranav raj, I have carefully maintained a sheet with all the protein intake I take which is approx 15- 20 gm.
My weight is 65kgs so in order to complete my daily protein intake I take whey protein (25gm protein) and a hair supplement (14gm protein) which in total is 40gms of Protein.
Also I have not performed exercises or sports for the last 10 months.
Is it safe to take protein suplements?

Hi...I need to know all your parameters, your health condition, your daily routine and your eating pattern as well. .it is always good to have protein from your food sources rather than artificial supplements...it can cause you side effects if you are taking it for a long time...if your weight is 65 kg then your daily protein requirement is 60 to 65 g in a day..you can easily full fill it with the diet

Protein supplements can have harmful effects in the long run, especially if you are not active. It is advisable to meet your protein needs through your diet.
Include protein rich sources of food like milk and other dairy products, eggs, nuts and seeds, whole pulses and legumes, millets like ragi, amaranth, jowar, etc. in your diet.
If your diet is not meeting out your protein requirements or if there's any nutritional deficiency then only you would be asked to take the Protein supplements. Don't experiment any med/ supplement from your side. Consult Physician for your concern.
