I m 23.. but my hair doesn't grow fast . I want long hairs but is unable to get that . I don't use any heating device ..no experiment But experience hairfall .. Please how to prevent hairfall Any way what shall i do .. Please

Greetings for the day!!    Hair fall of 50 to 100 hairs per day is normal. If this is increasing it can be due to inadequate intake of nutrients, stress build up in the body, physical inactivity leading to low metabolic rate, etc. I would need a proper history of your lifestyle to understand and help you with your problem. For now, you can   Improve your intake of protein foods like egg, fish, chicken, legumes   Improve your intake of veg and fruits everyday   Try to have atleast 5 to 10 almonds everyday    Have atleast 3L water per day.
