Had mumps and now heavy filled breast.
I'm a breast feeding mother, 10 days ago had mumps and I have recovered. Since yesterday I'm observing my breast full, I thought it was milk but looks like it hurts when I try to express it. Breast is so tender, I can't even press it. Can't feed as well. P.s - I'm on 2nd day of period. But I never have such issues otherwise.

Please consult a General Physician for your cough which has lasted for more than a week. There could be some problem with the breast which has nothing to do with your cough. You should consult a General Surgeon or a Gynaecologist for this problem.
