My baby is now 3 months old and I am exclusively breast feeding her. My periods have started 3 days ago it is much heavier than pre-pregnancy. Since 2 days I have been experiencing lot of body aches including headache with dizziness. Last night I got fever as well which has now reduced. Is this normal ? I am still feeding her, please let me m me if any medicines I should be taking. I am feeling very weak and unable to move around much. Please help, is there any medicine I can take for fever and weakness.
