Gums / teeth ulcer
My mom is having irritation in the gums and in the bottom side of teeth because of which she cant eat spicy food and if she tries to eat it she feels like burning in the gums and teeth. She is diabetic ( high sugar ) but her current sugar report is normal.
She is using kenacort 0.1 % mouth lotion twice a day . Please suggest further treatment .

Tell her not to use kenacot ointment and tell her to use Mucopain gel or Dologel gel at the site of ulceration and tell her to avoid spicy and hot food in diet for next 7 to 8 days. And tell her to take vitamin bekosules capsules twice in a day for 7 days.

Pls do not use kenocort oral paste without dentist's recommendation.
A picture will really be appreciated.
Sometimes if blood glucose levels are very high such ulcers appear frequently. Keep it in check on a regular basis.
Dologel CT, 5 times/day, In clean mouth use finger/fresh ear bud for applying the gel, keep applied on gum area for 3 mins, not to swallow the saliva, rinse mouth thoroughly after 3 minutes. Not to eat anything for next 20 minutes.
C. Becosule forte, once a day for 2 weeks.

Use 2% lox gel and apply it where she feels burning sensation and ask her to have multivitamin capsules for 30 days .... that would be all
