Groin pain streched
Hello, I have stretched my left leg side groin while doing bent over twist exercise. It has been 30 days and from 1 week I took zerodol sp..(1 week) then myotop sry(1week) and then mobizox muscle relaxant(for 2 week) and in there 2 weeks I had also done hot water heating and pain was almost gone and simultaneously I started butterfly strech .. But I stopped because I felt some pain and today while walking I felt good pain.. Today I sat in yoga style (phalti market) for some hours.. 2 days before I have started iceing 3 times a day at least... Kindly suggest me something as I want to diagnose this... Do I need to do iceing or hearing water.. Any exercises... If yes... When and what to do.. Once pain is gone or still I can do.. I don't know anything about exercises.. Kindly tell me the step by step process of any exercise.. I need to travel in some days.. Please help me as every physio is guiding differently .. I am confused Thanks

Its more about what you eat then what you do. Basic deep breathing in morning and evening walk will work but check what you eat and add things like fennel seeds

You need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist in person or through video call for further evaluation and treatment.

Light Heating is Better than Icing. As it's from Long Time. Ice is Good in Immediate Injuries or till 48 Hours of Injury. Keep on Doing Your Exercises as It Was Showing Good Results. You Should Understand That These Problems Takes Time To Go.

It is not one day therapy or one month therapy if you have underlying problem as well need to do proper assessment and diagnosis .if you want permanent results. Better if you visit nearest physiotherapy clinic for treatment .there can be postural issue muscle strain or nerve compression need to evaluate the problem. At home it will good if you apply hot water bag for three times a day 10 min-15min.everyday
Next Steps
try not stand immediately or change one position to other immediately. try to do exercises and hot water bag regularly .pain will be there but try to figure it out what your are doing when it start coming.try to avoid those things.avoid jurky movement.
Health Tips
do hip strengthening exercises, back to exs.stretches and butterfly.if you get pain then apply ice pack.but continue with exs.dontvstop.

Hello my name is Roshan. I am a musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist There are a few details I need to know: 1 does your hip click or clunk, in other words does it make any noises with pain on moving 2 Is it pain free on weight bearing, activities like walking or standing on a single leg 3 or is it hurting only when you stretch the groin 4: does your back hurt if you stand or walk 5: Is there no pain with lying down when you have rested your joints/muscles
Next Steps
Cold always helps a muscular problem. Most helpful after the initial days of reaggrevation. However if the joint is involved (answer could be gauged from details to above q?) then heat could help into the buttock.
Health Tips
I agree with the other opinion of not doing anything that aggravates.
