Medication will provide the symptomatic relief from such symptoms.  But panic attacks are psychological in nature. It means that the reason  are your emotions, thoughts and behaviors. So treatment needs the psychological counseling to treat the cause of panic attacks.
Next Steps
I would suggest to visit the psychologist for counseling.

Hello friends,  Thank you for reaching out for here for help. As body and mind are closely interconnected, any emotional disturbance like anxiety or stress can immediately affect the physical body condition.  That's why you are getting nervousness, palpitations, body pain, numbness, disturbed sleep, digestion issues and many more. These are outcomes of your anxiety. But, If you try to understand the root cause behind all these symptoms its your "fear" or "Anxious thoughts " about either personal or professional stress. So its important to learn the techniques to control or divert or manage such overwhelming negative and fearful thoughts. Better to take a counseling support to understand the root cause for such thoughts and take psychotherapy to manage and overcome anxiety. Be positive. You will be alright soon.  Feel free to reach me online for further assistance.

I understand your predicament and would like to make a few suggestions that might help you : Whenever you experience a panic attack, first of all, know that it is like a wave that is going to ebb away within a few minutes. Learn to observe the sensations in your body like an observer, not being judgmental about them, not labeling them as threatening or scary but just observing them and knowing that they will soon pass. Also, various kinds of thoughts may accompany these sensations. Learn to observe them like clouds passing in the sky without identifying with them or believing them to be true or factual. As you practice this, they will reduce in their impact and frequency. I would like you to address situations/anxieties/insecurities that are unsettling you presently. Once you take an objective look at them, be proactive in tackling them in the best possible way you can, it will help reduce the impact and frequency of panic attacks as well. Make sure to allot time daily for any kind of exercise. Eat healthy. Take care.
