Thanks for reaching out , the anxiety could be because of health concerns.Consider relaxation techniques before BP checks: Before going for a blood pressure check, try relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or visualization exercises to help calm your mind and body. This might help reduce the anxiety associated with the readings. There are a number of ways to get hold of ur anxiety , you can consult me for the same.

Hi... For anxiety and panic attacks, please consult a Psychologist. For BP please consult a General Physician or a Cardiologist, since there is a sudden rise in heart related ailments & deaths post pandemic. One should never ignore any signs of a heart disease even if it is a minor symptom. Mistaking a heart disease with anxiety/panic can be fatal, therefore it is always advisable to first consult a doctor to rule out any heart related ailment which may also cause very similar symptoms like anxiety, panic, breathing problems, aches, crumbling down feeling, etc. Once it is clear that there is no physiological factors involved we can attribute your symptoms to anxiety/panic attacks which can be addressed with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic interventions. In very severe cases, even medications (prescribed by a Psychiatrist) are used initially to provide relief to the patient immediately.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
