Hi Thanks for reaching out. Consult a psychologist and talk about what is making you feel anxious. More information is required in order to provide guidance. With a psychologist you can talk about your work and lifestyle. A psychologist would also like to know if there is family history of anxiety disorders. With the help of therapy sessions, you will feel better.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.
Health Tips
Contact me for counselling sessions. Along with counselling I can suggest natural foods to calm the mind.

Sorry to hear about your current situation. You can try closing your eyes and imagine a place where you feel safe and relaxed. Picture yourself there and engage all your senses in the visualization. If panic attacks are a frequent or severe problem, consider talking to a therapist. There are several other techniques which can be suggested based in understanding the triggers behind your panic attacks and anxiety. Take Care!

Each person is different and the way their body and mind responds to challenging circumstances is different as well. Deep breathing may work for some but not for others. It is completely alright. It can be helpful to connect with a psychologist who can help you understand what works the best for you. The professional will also be able to help you address the situations that may be leading to the panic and anxiety attack. If the distress persists, it can also be beneficial to connect with a psychiatrist for pharmacological help. I hope this answers your question.

Please understand that it will pass as it is temporary. You need to keep things handy for yourself that you make feel slightly better at that time. Read more about it and observe your symptoms well. This will help you be more aware of yourself which may in turn reduce your symptoms.Try to journal the reasons of your anxiety.
Next Steps
Seek psychotherapy and try to understand that worrying about panic attack will not help, informing yourself will.
Health Tips
Journaling, educating yourself about anxiety and also keeping yourself constructively occupied may help in the long run.
