Hi,
Panic attacks triggers occurs from subconscious mind. Hypnotherapy directly works on root cause, & healing of the subconscious. Its safe drugless therapy.
Also, Daily practicing deep breathing & healthy lifestyle helps to relieved anxiety. But remember working on root cause is imp.

If you have finished the course of your medication and you're still having these attacks, try therapy because it's very important to get to the root of the anxiety, from where the anxiety stemming from. Why are you getting the panic attacks and addressed in that way? So having some regular therapy sessions will really help you come out of it. I'll be happy to really help you get in touch with me for the same. Thank you. All the best.

With a long history of anxiety, I feel that you should not have stopped your medication without consulting your psychiatrist. Under your present state of mental health, it will be most desirable to get back to your doctor and re-start the medication for anxiety. Many people with mental health issues tend not to seek professional help from a psychiatrist or psychologist. Many others stop medication, often abruptly, like what has happened in your case.
Next Steps
Please get back to your psychiatrist for further treatment and do not stop any medicine without the doctor's advice. Once you start feeling better, do consult a psychologist for getting guided on managing your anxiety in the long term.

Hi. Did you stop the medication by yourself or as suggested by your doctor? Medicines should not be abruptly stopped as that can lead to withdrawal symptoms. There is usually a systematic procedure to stop and reduce the dosage, so please do consult your doctor if that is the case. There could be some factors that could trigger your anxiety / panic attack. Counselling can help you to identify those tiggers. Some lifestyle changes, physical activity can help as well. It is important to address it and understand the underlying causes to your anxiety. There can be many reasons, stress at home-personal or professional life, overthinking, anything that's causing you discomfort, any past issues, there can be any and many. It is better to seek counselling and identify triggers to address the issue completely.
Next Steps
Speak to your doctor on the medication and seek counselling. It can really help in your case.
