Hello, If you are a vegetarian the only option would be taking supplements. However Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 are present in non-vegetarian foods. Dietary sources of Vitamin D: Cod liver oil Salmon,Tuna,Mackerel Egg yolk Beef liver Fortified milk Dietary sources of Vitamin B12 include: Liver Kidney Chicken Eggs Even if you have the dietary sources everyday your levels will depend on the bio-availability of the Vitamin in your body that decreases with age. After you complete the dose of Vitamin D prescribed by the doctor just take 60,000IU if any Vitamin D once a month so that your levels are maintained.
Next Steps
Kindly consult me personally as your other reports also would be important when we plan a diet like your lipid profile, Uric acid etc...
Health Tips
Incorporate one whole egg everyday along with good exercise regime to get maximum benefits.
