Supplements: If you find it difficult to get enough vitamin B12 from Fortified foods , taking vitamin B12 supplements Vitamin D ( Sunshine vitamin) Vitamin D is essential for calcium absorption and bone health, it’s challenging to get enough vitamin from plant Based sources 1. Sunlight: The best natural source of vitamin D 2. Fortified foods Fortified plant base milk, fortified orange juice, fortified breakfast cereals, fortified tofu and mushrooms 3. Mushrooms: Some type of mushrooms like shiitake, maitake, portobello exposed to Uv light contain vitamin D 4. Supplements: If you are live in an area with limited sunlight, or if you have difficulty absorption vitamin D from foods , you may want to take vitamin D supplements

Hi..Vitamin B12 is generally not found in vegetarian food except in milk & milk products & some fortified foods… While not a primary source, some fruits like bananas, blueberries, kiwis, and mangoes contain small amounts of vitamin B12, along with other nutrients.
