The gap between your teeth is not because of  the treatment u went through...that gap was already there but covered with calculus( which might have lead to gingival  problems). There  are many  options for the treatment of the gap depending  upon the space ...you are advised  to visit  the dentist  as it will require  clinical examination before deciding  the treatment protocol.
Next Steps
visit  the dentist.

Hi, Gap in your front teeth was already present and was filled with the deposits earlier. So, once the deposits were cleaned with machine, you can now notice the gaps. Kindly be aware that the gaps were not created after cleaning. In case the gap is minor, you can get either a tooth coloured filling or get an cap on it. But, if your teeth are already big in size, it will make it look more bigger. If the gap is more, you need to go for braces. In case you are worried about how you may look with the braces, there are various options in braces. There are transparent/ invisible braces available called ‘aligners’ which are removable mouth guards that fit closely over your teeth. You will be given a series of aligners which should be removed while eating and drinking. It is also possible to have braces glued to the back of your teeth (lingual braces) which are much less visible but can be more noticeable to the tongue and cause changes to speech initially. Next option would be fixed permanent braces available in tooth coloured varieties that blend in with the natural colour of your teeth. The wires used to straighten teeth can also be coated with a tooth coloured material. Lastly, If you are fine with braces being visible, you can go for metal braces as well! Thank you.

Hi dear Gaps in teeth are a common problem. There are two options for you...either go for braces that will take time and will not look esthetic. The other option is what most of the adults prefer is CLEAR ALIGNERS. They are so popular because it's the natural way to close gaps that too in less than 6 months. Also they are almost Invisible, comfortable, and removable  Everything is computerised so it's the latest update in invisible braces. But the ORTHODONTIST should be experienced in clear aligners. Some people might suggest you to go for Crowns or Veneers but that involves cutting down ur natural teeth and also it's temporary, you have to maintain those artificial veneers all life.
Next Steps
I would suggest you to go for Invisible CLEAR ALIGNERS.

The gap between ur teeth is not because of the treatment it is bcoz it was there already and filled with deposits and due deposits or plaque the bone around the tooth and gums has recessed .Regular cleaning at the interval of 6-8 months is required not get into further progression of the gap If the gap is very much visible your can go for aesthetic treatment like veneers or crown (cap) placement or simply a composite filling but this all depends on ur tooth condition
Next Steps
Kindly visit your dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination if required to further proceed with the exact treatment plan
Health Tips
Maintain oral hygiene (brush twice and u can also use interdental brush )

The gap must have formed after removing the calculus that was lodged between the teeth. As such the gap was already there but was filled with tartar, so cleaning has made it visible
Next Steps
you have to visit a dentist who can do composite filling  in the gap. other treatment include laminates and crowns which  are much costlier.
Health Tips
if you go for these treatments you should avoid biting with your front teeth

1st of all gap cant be created followed by scaling whether manually or with ultrasonic machine. Treatment options vary depending upon the amount of space present between the teeth of upper front region. If minimal gap, composite restoration is done. depending upon your history this would be most probable treatment choice in your case. If the gap is moderate, crown placement is the treatment choice for both the teeth in question. If gap irt to multiple front teeth, veneers is the option. These treatments take very minimal time. So nothing to worry about. If you attach clinical picture of your teeth in question, the exact treatment approach can be determined.
