If the pain is less severe you can use wrist support with OTC pain reliever while using the affected side.If the pain is bothersome with a prominent swelling ideal treatment is excision of the cyst ,a minor procedure
Hi, regards, ganglionic cyst mostly not harmful if it’s change its structure size, and if it is doing pain, then we have to remove it out before that. No need to worry.
You likely have a ganglion cyst on your wrist, which can hurt during workouts that put pressure on it. Avoid wrist-exercises and strain, which worsen the cyst.
Use a wrist brace, apply warm compresses, to reduce strain.
If pain increase or the cyst size increase , the cyst need to be aspirated

Hello there,
According to your chief complaints, this looks like a Ganglion Cyst.
They are benign cysts of the joint capsule or tendon which contain gelatinous fluid, which may remain asymptomatic or cause pain in some cases.
They may go on their own or sometimes persist.
If they’re painful and bothersome, you can consider getting the cyst aspirated i.e to get the gelatinous fluid out surgically. It would be a small procedure done under Local Anesthesia.
Mind you, the procedure doesn’t guarantee a complete remission. This cyst does have a chance of recurrence but don’t worry they’re not Cancerous.
Please visit an Orthopedician/ General Surgeon for more guidance and to get it removed.
Do not try to pop the cyst on your own.
Until then for pain relief you can take
Dolo 650 SOS
Warm compresses on the affected area- 2-3 times a day
Avoid putting to much pressure on that area.
