I remove my small  Sebaceous cysts located on the right shoulder at home myself, is it  harmful .can I take antibiotics for precautions.

Sebaceous cyst needs to be removed by doctor,  you need to remove not only cyst contains but also cyst wall which I feel is not possible to do at home , so visit doctor
