How to remove splinter from the toe if the foot. It's not visible from eyes it is totally under the skin. Please tell me solution to remove it.

Go to your nearby hospital, there it can be removed with all the precautions and safety.
Kindly donot try to remove it yourself if it is not visible as you might make it worse by deepening it. Also cleanliness needs to be maintained so that you dont get any superimposed infection in it.
