Please get yourself checked by a good sports surgeon as many times rotator cuff tears are misdiagnosed as frozen shoulder. Treatment for both is totally different.
Next Steps
if you have frozen shoulder then do exercise,if not then don't as if you do exercise in rotator cuff tear then it will worsen
