Visit dentist for ultrasonic teeth cleaning. Do not try any home remedies. They cause irreversible damage to your teeth and gums.

Ideally you need to get your teeth professionally whitened or bleached to get a bright white set of dentition. but since because of COVID 19 situation, it cannot be done, u can try some easy home remedies. u mix some baking soda with lemon juice and brush your teeth with that. u can use glizer toothpaste or colgate visible white toothpaste also.

Professional cleaning and bleaching can be done only after Covid. But u may try:- Glodent /Glizer toothpaste which are safe Also home remedies:- Make a paste of baking powder with lime (neembo ) juice and apply and rinse Rub skin of banana peel over the stained surfaces

Hello u r problem is very simple don’t warry,do one thing... those are stains it can’t be removed by brushing... oral prophylaxis should be done.

Hi U need to visit dentist for getting oral prophylaxis /scaling as first step. All removable stains and yellow deposits will be cleaned. In case, your yellowish discoloration  is internal color of teeth, then oy bleaching is suggested for whitening.
Next Steps
Brush your teeth twice daily. If u don't have sensitivity problem, you can use glodent toothpaste.
