Hi Take two tablet of gasex ( himalaya company) tds ( after breakfast, lunch,dinner) :-Do not drink tea empty stomach in morning :- do two yoga anulom vilom and kapalbhati daily empty stomach :- eat fibrous fruit and vegetable sald :-drink boiled and normal water atleast 1 lt water in a day

Clean you gut If you have gas related issue 1-Ghandrav Hastadi tail (kottakal) use 40-50 ml with 1/2 cup of hot milk twice in a week (wed or Saturday) 1 hrs after of your dinner Stop taking junk food oily and heavy diets

Drink 1 glass warm water during morning in empty stomach. Drink 2 ltrs water per day. Dhanvanta vati 2tablets 2 times a day with warm water.
