Banged back of my heel. Then started getting pain in my big toe and one next to it then gone into ball of foot note left on agony with what feels like tightness all around my foot and pain radiating up leg

Just a banged will have pain for a while relax let u keep the leg immersed in a hot water tub And see whether it work
