Folate & vitamin D deffeciency
Hi, I got folate count less and vitamin D also. Pls suggest diet to get these two vitamins Vitamin D value is 5.9 Folate -4

Hello practo User, Aee,your parameter are low. The reason can be . Intake of vitamins is lower . Pollution .Your exposure to sunlight is limited.  .You have dark skin.  .Your kidneys cannot convert vitamin D to its active form.  .Your digestive tract cannot adequately absorb vitamin D. . .You are obese Before prescribing anything we need some information like your vitals ,Family history, Lifestyle, occupation, medical history, daily routine and many more. Take foods rich in iron like green leafy vegetables,dates,beetroot,carrot,raisins,munakka,figs,non-veg especially liver. And take vitamin c like citric fruits lemon amla which helps in iron absorption. Don't take tea and coffee with meals. And vitamin D best sunlight for 15-30mints.
