Vitamin B12
Hi, Today I got tested for Vitamin D & B12. In the result it showed Vitamin D at 36.5 ng/ml & Vitamin B12 at 285 pg/ml. Last year a doctor prescribed ME- D3 tablet for 1 month. At this level should I put this tablet or should I continue Neurobion forte?
