Hello dear user, don't worry for anything, but just be serious to get rid from the issues. The only one natural source of vitamin D is sunlight. When body take this sunlight it's started to synthesize vitamin D inside the body also.
Next Steps
just take a regular sunbath before 10am in morning and Or at 5-6pm in evening. your face should be in opposite to direct sunlight. your back should be in sun facing direction. you can take supplement as per your requirement. start to take 1tsp pure homemade ghee, and if you are a non- vegetarian then you can take mutton bone soups also. for more help you can consult me on practo by searching my name Amrita Kumari.
Health Tips
you can also charge your drinking water, or water you collect for bath. just keep the water in sunlight for half an hour took this and dring the portable water and take a batch from this charged water. hope you will be benefited bu above suggestion thanks for your query. stay healthy, keep smiling

Healthy evening ma’am, Here are some ways to increase your intake: 1. Eat foods high in vitamin D , like fish, or breakfast foods fortified with vitamin d like milk, cereals and oranges juice. 2. Get vitamin D from moderate sunlight exposure each day. At least take daily sunbath before 10:00 am daily 20 minutes. 3. Take vitamin D supplements or cod liver oil.

Here are some tips regarding Vitamin D supplementation and a nutritious diet: 1. Determine the appropriate dosage: The dosage of Vitamin D supplementation may vary depending on individual factors such as age, health conditions, and current Vitamin D levels. 2. Opt for a weekly dosage: Taking a higher dosage once a week, such as 60,000 IU, is a common approach for Vitamin D supplementation. This method is often used to maintain optimal Vitamin D levels. However, it is important to follow the specific instructions provided by your healthcare professional. 3. Monitor your Vitamin D levels: Regularly monitor your Vitamin D levels through blood tests. This will help you and your healthcare professional determine if your supplementation and dietary habits are effectively maintaining optimal Vitamin D levels.
Next Steps
Consider sunlight exposure: Vitamin D can also be synthesised by the body when the skin is exposed to sunlight. Spending time outdoors, especially during midday when the sun's rays are strongest, can help boost your Vitamin D levels naturally. However, the ability to synthesize Vitamin D from sunlight depends on various factors such as geographical location, time of year, and skin pigmentation. Maintain a nutritious diet: While supplementation can be beneficial, it is important to support your overall health with a nutritious diet. Include foods that are naturally rich in Vitamin D, such as fatty fish (salmon, mackerel), fortified dairy products, egg yolks, and mushrooms. Additionally, ensure a well-balanced diet that includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats.
Health Tips
Remember, these tips are general guidelines, and it is important to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice based on your specific needs and health status.
