Hi, Less body weight weakens immune system and invites health ailments. Increasing calorie intake is foremost for weight gain.Whole grains, banana, cereal and yoghurt are healthy eating options. Fat-rich dairy products can help for weight gain. Also go for seasonal fruits to build immunity. Exercises regularly, brisk walk of 30 mins will do.
