Fish eggs or fish roe
Sir/Madam, I would like to know that are catla fish eggs safe to consume after cooking! Do fish eggs have any glycemic index? Do they raise blood sugar levels? Can we eat those in moderation and are they safe and healthy to consume? Do they have any health benefits or do they cause any harm? Kindly update me regarding the same and do the needful. Thanking you in anticipation,

Hi, Fish eggs are rich in Omega 3 but high in cholesterol & salt, which may lead to heart diseases. So better to limit them & take in moderation. Not much advised.
