Filling tooth pain
I did my filling one week ago. The tooth became black and it's hurting all the time. It's a molar on upper jaw left side and my bone under eye on that side also having pain.

Hi.. May be the cavity was deep involving the nerve, so if that's the case then you have to go for root canal treatment and crown, filling won't help.
Next Steps
Visit same Dentist and let Dr know the problem and plan accordingly.

Hi, Get an X-ray for the discolored tooth. Looks like there is secondary decay on that tooth which might be involving the inner pulp of the tooth.

Better get an x ray done. Most probably you need RCT(ROOT CANAL TREATMENT). Better Visit a local dentist for physical evaluation, x ray and treatment (as required).
