Waif for few days for antibiotics Kindly tell detailed history like Is it fever associated muscle pain , join pain ,running nose  mostly due to viral fever .. it will take 3 -7 days for relief Check any infected wound or swelling in the body that also cause fever Check whether associated burnining micturition then may be due to urinary tract infection.. urine culture tooo If cough along with sputum check sputum test for pneumonia If along with fever vomiting , abdominal pain , yellowish urine and eye, and tiredness Do test for typhoid - widal test , dengue test or hepatitis virus serology test
