Fever in baby
Baby is 10 month old... suffering from fever from last 3 days...I give him belladonna 30 3 time a day..and paracetamol...but fever come back...no flu symptoms...

Who suggested you belladonna?
Please dont take homeopathic medicine without prescription.
If you want to use homeopathy without consulting doctor better use homeopathy bio combination no.11 ( fever ).
There are different bio combination no. For different disease like diarrhoea, constipation, coryza, fever, etc.
For proper homeopathy treatment we required some more details to prescribe correct similimum medicine.

Belladonna is just a decongestant. It will act well in congestive fevers. However this fever may be due to GI infection, respiratory infection, glandular infection, ear infection etc. You shouldn't medicate a 10month old baby on your own. You need to know the cause of fever only thn the fever will subside
