Typhoid fever respond very fast to homeopathy. It increases TLC very fast and saves the functional derangement of liver and spleen. At the physiological level, during typhoid WBC reduce remarkably. Allopathic antibiotics directly kill the bacteria, but once the antibiotics are stopped, you may find great weakness as the body is not getting any help. Also antibiotics leave you depleted of your vitamin and mineral reserve. Suppliments and good diet will help you recover fast. For any doubt, get your CBC, widal test.
