Hi my husband has 103 right now took paracetamol have some headache and body pain took 2times vomit now time 10:30 PM can't took him to hospital right now how to manage this

Do tepid sponging - sponge thighs, abdomen, and arms with tap water.
Give anti- emetics and repeat dose of paracetamol.

Give him Tab Dolo 650 mg TDS after meal.
If he vomits more give him Tab Ondem 4mg Stat then SOS.
Maintain a good hydration by drinking plenty of water.

1. Domstal tablet, three times daily for vomiting.
2. Pantop 40, once daily for vomiting.

Better to take him hospital, maintain hydration through ors sachets with 1 litre water, don't take ready made ors,
Keep hydration maintained, check for consciousness, and give him paracetamol if fever continue, do cold sponge
