Look like it's severe gastritis.. Inflammation of stomach lining.. Check your HBA1C, FBS, PPBS For a 3 days You can take Pantop -D tablet, gelusil  syrup after food .. If symptoms still persists u can connect in practo..

It's generally occurring due to . Stress you're causing to your stomach. Due to which excessive acid is produced in your stomach . It is generally due to heavy exercise on an empty stomach and eating after a prolonged fasting .
