Fear to talk
I go blank whenever someone talk to me. Generally I don't talk much, even at home. But nowadays I get blank even if someone asks my name.I take time even to say my name to someone. And also I get struck in conversations. How do I overcome this? Can meditation help me to reduce this?

Hi You are generally not a very talkative person and you go blank when someone talks to you. You go blank when someone asks you your name and you get stuck in conversations. It could be anxiety that is making you get stuck in conversations. It is important to remember that you can overcome your fear. To feel better consult a psychologist and talk about your personality and what thoughts come to your mind when you converse with someone. Counselling sessions will help you. Meditation can reduce anxiety, however more information is required to provide you with coping strategies that will enable you to feel calm.

Yes. First to answer the query. Meditation does help as it helps in overcoming your anxiety that prevents you from communicating with others. The next thing I would suggest is to go to a therapist and find the root cause of this anxiety as mediation or any other solutions that you come up by yourself won't help you in long run unless you understand the problem that's preventing you from communicating with others.

Fear issue , meditation will help temporarily , just like sleep. You need to learn concepts of mind to overcome from fear. Fear happens with a break down . You meet a person who doesn’t have fear. If you don’t meet such person pls call me, I will help you. It is very simple. Logically you need to handle your mind.
