Affirmative sleep talk is helpful to bring positive changes in the child. It works on the subconscious mind of kids.
Consult a Psychologist to guide with the issue and related positive affirmations to be said .
It is very important addressing specific issues related to the situation , it can raise a child’s self-confidence or to encourage certain behaviors .
All you have to do is spend 5 minutes every day with your child while they sleep and softly whisper these affirmative sleep talk in their ears. Always start by telling them that you love them very much and are always there for them.
Just as they are falling asleep, repeat one or two positive sleep talk affirmations to suggest to their subconscious, adding their name so they know that it is directed to them.
Repeat the affirmation every day for a minimum of 4 weeks so that they can become familiar with it and accept it.
There are no side effects , there is immense power of positive affirmations said during sleep that could have a positive effect on the attitude of the child.
