I'm dealing with fear ang stress alot and when I'm thinking to much my lips are shivering ang wired feeling on mouth happens it this bcoz of my anxiety what should I do now kindly help me

Yes dear this is anxiety. Anxiety can cause numbness in mouth or tongue.
