Don't drink alcohol, reduce fat intake. That will be enough. Fatty liver is not a very serious thing, do not worry about it

Please avoid oil, butter, ghee, fried, bakery, sweets in food. Avoid packaged food. Also exercise, walk daily for 45 mins. Avoid Alcohol.
