Hi, i have done recently full body checkup. Everything came as normal, except i was diagnosed with fatty liver grade 1 and bad cholesterol as 107. During consultation, dietician didn't say much except to avoid too much carbs, peanuts, and coconut. She said it is normal to have fatty liver disease grade 1 and no major changes are required.
But i have heard it can develop into serious one if not treated.
Can I reverse fatty liver grade 1 without being developed into a serious one with minor changes into diet and life style?
