I am under medication for little liver issue with fatigue, muscle weakness, less focus and attention with anxiety and depression. Then I tested my vitamin B12 level is 650 and Vitamin D level 24 so what should I do now?
But one think after taking 1 month Carxy D tablet I feel little bit improvement.. But now full.

if you feel improvement then keep continue , also your vitamin B12 level is fine still you can add green vegetables and fruits to maintain your vitamin level , also include calcium rice food in your diet which help in improve you vitamin D levels,
add milk in your diet , nuts like almond , walnut,hazelnut,cashew nut,hazelnuts, fox nuts

Its common problem so no need to worry, but need a perfect healthy personal diet chart, so we can improve b12 an vit D, iron etc. Please for better results can consult with neatest Nutritonist/ dietician.
Start eating healthy, limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop smoking and hard drinks if any. Reduce salt n sugar consumption. Have good water intake of 3-4 lit atleast. Time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. Sleep quality must be maintained for 6-8 hrs.
