Hi,
from past 25 years i workout everyday for one hour in the mornings, nowadays feeling fatigue and body pain in the evenings, i doubt if my food is not sufficient since i eat controlled portions diet food, please suggest if i have to do any blood checkup or suggest diet accordingly

There are certain phases in life where you have to put more efforts physically ,as well as mentally,which as a result of,you won't be able to enjoy your meals.This stressed out phases leaves you fatigued ,and during evening time energy is naturally less.
So,try to burden yourself less,and have lots of fruits and salad.
