Greetings!!   Nutritional deficiencies generally can lead to fatigue. It is ideal to get a full body check up done to identify any health issues if present. Restricting intake of food too much can lead to insufficient energy uptake in the body.

At times Nutritional deficiencies are also the main reason for fatigue and tiredness. You may also go for a full body checkup & take your specified food for improvement, I want you to take all the nutrition components together, all the macros & micros should be there in the diet plan. You can take a personalised diet plan for getting quick recovery from the issues.
