Hello. Vitamin deficiency requires a supplement along with a healthy diet that can support better absorption of vitamins. Take 3 litres of water daily, add fresh fruits and raw vegetables, dry fruits like dates & walnuts, avoid alcohol consumption and smoking and reduce stress. A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable supplement.

Hi Please check your D3' and vitamin B12 Take direct consultation with your report so then I can guide as per the report. There are many reasons of weakness Start regular 30-45 min walk you will feel fresh. Sleep enough. 7-8 hours
