Your Vitamin D3 level 114 is higher than normal. High Vitamin D3 can cause symptoms like nausea, weakness, and kidney issues. Stop or reduce Vitamin D supplements if you're taking any. Limit sun exposure and drink plenty of water. Your Vitamin B12 level 947 is high but not usually a problem. High B12 might be from supplements or health issues. If you're taking B12 supplements, consider reducing or stopping them. Keep checking your levels with blood tests.

Hi Good afternoon, Both the levels look higher to me. Do you have the lab reference values for the test? Have you been taking vitamin D and B12 supplements? If we’re and the levels are higher than the cut off for the lab values, then you have to stop taking them.

Healthy morning Both values vitamin D and vitamin B12 high Stop supplements Consult a good physician And for vitamin B12 take water intake adequate to flush out through urine . Vitamin D high may occurs in individuals on excessive amount of supplements or fortified foods with vitamin D3 , because Normally not available from dietary source so high vitamin D cases are rare .
