Extreme headache ,mood swings
From past 3 years I have been suffering from high level of mood swings, which result to sometimes I feel good , or sometime very bad..I was also on ssri antidepressants..but they only worked for that period of time ..after course completion my situation come back again..I'm feeling all the time low and my confidence level is also getting lower day by day ..I also don't have any stressful life situations but I don't know why im not feeling Good... Now my situation is getting worse ..my weight is also getting loss..and all of the time I'm suffering from severe head pain..extreme anxiety which leads to loss of concentration and focus in my work... I don't know what is it... please help me to overcome from this...

When you are taking medication for any thing related to Depression, anxiety  etc . Medication along with therapy is recommended.  Connect with a clinic psychologist  and he/she might help you if you need to go and have a talk with your psychiatrist.

Hi. The course completion of medicines cannot just happen abruptly. The medication needs to be continued till adviced and maybe the dose will differ gradually before completely stopping. I am not sure if you stopped the medications suddenly or there was a proper procedure that was followed by your doctor and you. The symptoms you are facing can be withdrawals from medications. I would suggest you contact the doctor again who prescribed the medicines to you and if not do get in touch with a psychiatrist or neurologist. You can definitely overcome it all, but it requires patience and belief and the right medication and counselling.
