It seems to be a mood disorder. For confirmation you must visit an expert Psychologist. It's obvious that you are undergoing psychological changes. It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be treated well with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. You need an expert Psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

It's understandable that frequent mood swings and indecision can be challenging, and it's important to recognize that this is becoming a problem for you. Take a moment to reflect on how you would prefer things to be and the kind of mindset you'd like to cultivate. Consider seeking therapy, such as the services provided by Mind Sculpt, to explore yourself more deeply and identify the root causes of these mood swings and indecision. Therapy offers a safe space to gain insights into your thoughts and behaviors, helping you understand patterns and make positive changes. A mental health professional can provide guidance in developing coping strategies, making decisions, and reaching your full potential.

Hello. Mood swings always do have an underlying cause in our subconscious or unconscious mind. It is not as random as it sounds or as causeless. Maybe our conscious mind does not realise it but there is always something that leads to changing moods or decisions. Mostly, when we are indecisive and fickle minded, it is usually when we are over analysing or overthinking situations, sometimes leading to imaginary problems and hence leading to mood swings. We usually are not fully able to explain the cause as we ourselves do not have it in our conscious mind. It is okay to choose what you think is best for you but if that is seeming unclear, consult with people that truly care, maybe family or friends. Even if that is seeming unclear, give it sometime. Time has the power to sometimes give us more clarity in choosing. You list down your pros and cons and take decisions, but there’s never a guarantee that it would lead to the best consequences. Sometimes it is okay to learn from poor decisions and mistakes. If you want to get rid of mood swings, first you. need to understand why you have them? Self awareness is important. Try and introspect and understand what makes you behave in such manners, understand the pattern of your behaviours with relation to the situations. You will surely realise what is making you so moody. If it does not help, speak to a counsellor / therapist.
