Anxiety and mood swings
I have been facing anxiety issues along with abdominal issue like gastric and bloating. I am on Nexpro IT 140/50 and nexito plus since last 3 months, sometimes I feel like I am fainting. I have done my ECG and 2d echo both are normal. I did my ultrasound for brain and spine that's also normal. I don't know what's wrong with me however I feel health anxiety all the time and I worry a lot due to no reason. Sometimes I feel very sad and feel like doing nothing. Please suggest.

Hi Try Relaxation techniques, or things that calm you down. It can be music, or calming songs. Talk to people who you feel happy with. You feel sad and feel like doing nothing because you feel demotivated. Write a list of things that make you happy and motivated, start small and reward yourself when you do it. Hydrate yourself. Try 4 - 5 - 6 breathing technique. Breathe in for 4 counts and hold for 5 counts and breathe out for 6 counts whenever anxious.
Next Steps

It sounds like you're going through a tough time with both physical symptoms and mental health concerns. Anxiety can often manifest with physical symptoms like gastric issues and feelings of faintness, even when medical tests come back normal. Along with your medication, practicing relaxation techniques like box breathing and mindfulness can help alleviate some of the anxiety symptoms. Additionally, writing down your thoughts and feelings when you experience them helps manage health anxiety. Considering therapy could also be beneficial in addressing the root causes of your anxiety and developing coping strategies. If you're interested, you can reach out to me through Mind Sculpt for further support and guidance.
