It is normal for someone’s mood to change, depending on the situation. However, to be diagnosed with a mood disorder, symptoms must be present for several weeks or longer. Mood disorders can cause changes in your behavior and can affect your ability to deal with routine activities, such as work etc. There may be several underlying factors, depending on the type of the disorder. Various genetic, biological, environmental, and other factors have been associated with mood disorders. Treatment will depend on the specific illness and symptoms that are present. Usually, therapy involves a combination of medication and psychotherapy (also called “talk therapy”). Therapy sessions may be conducted by a psychologist, psychiatrist, or other health professional.

Dear ' Too much mood swings', The situations around are very stressful and can put anyone into a combination of all that you have expressed. Do checkout whether you are having some physical illness like diabetes or anemia or vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiency. This could also cause all these issues. Try to indulge in some hobbies it might be helpful. Reduce the amount of content that you watch whether regarding covid pandemic or the responses and reactions to it. If all this does not help and make you feel better then you can go on and get some counselling from a counselling psychologist. With Regards, Dr.Nisha James

Good day My Friend.  I can understand your concern. Symptoms like Frustration, irritation, Anger, short temper, hurtful voice,  violent behaviors, crying etc expression or outbursts of stress in your mind. This stress could be due overthinking about some personal or professional or society issues. So the root cause behind all  these issues is your overthinking or overwhelming thoughts. In Ayurveda terms such conditions can also be contributed by heat or imbalance of fire energy in body due to  lifestyle, eating habits, lack of certain daily routines etc. Be positive.  It's an addressable issue if are willing to make few changes in your mindset,  lifestyle, daily routines, dietary etc. Feel free to reach me online for further assistance and assessment of your physical and mental symptoms to recommend suitable non medicine alternative solutions. Dear human, thank you for sharing and reaching out. You’ve taken the first step in resolving your concern and I appreciate your decision to reach out for help. It must be really painful to experience these feelings all at once. Everyone experiences mood swings from time to time, but if you seem to get them frequently or they are so intense that they disrupt your daily life, including work and relationships, it may be a sign of an underlying condition that needs treatment. But thankfully there are some tips which you can follow up on to improve your state: Recognize you are not alone Seek balance Avoid stress Get enough sleep Exercise It’s okay to cry it out Be patient with yourself Create ways to express what you feel Talk to your close ones Eat healthy diet These are some things which you can try and if these still don’t help you much, you can reach us by booking an appointment and you can talk in a safe place without any judgment. There is no way of concluding that you suffer from depression but these issues can be obviously discussed during the session Hope to see you soon and take care.
