I'm a mother of two kids with 10 years
of marriage life...I was brought up under a very strict n disciplined circumstances...I never had wat I wished to have... studies.. marriage everything happened as per parents wish...I'm a house wife...now..even now everything s happening as per my in laws wish...I'm feeling very depressed ...I ve no meaning for my life...it just revolves around
my family...I don't ve any importance ...nobody respects me...all my coll friends be settled well with good job with their families...but I don't even wish to b in contact with them cos my inferiority complex...I cry without reason...I don't wish to talk to anyone...I'm useless...Oly these kind of negative feelings I ve...wat should I do kindly advice...

Yes it could be true that we all look for a kind attention and affection from our own family members, absence of this could make distress. However it is very important to value the self and won't you feel giving self importance also required. Apart from how far you are proud of your own roles and responsibilities? Why and of what you feel negative and inferior.
