I do not wake up in between. But when I wake in the morning I feel extremely emotionally drained and fatigued. I am also having mood swings and sometimes I want to cry out loud. Hi
It sounds like you could be stressed about certain things and it sounds like you could be exhausted as well. It can be uncomfortable to have nightmares. To feel better consult a psychologist and explain about nightmares. There could be many factors that cause nightmares. In order to determine the cause with a psychologist you can talk about your childhood, lifestyle, eating habits, caffeine intake, work schedule, and sleep pattern. With a psychologist you can also talk about mood swings. I suggest you consult a psychologist for counselling sessions. Talking to a psychologist will help you feel better.

Nightmares sometimes caused due to past trauma, pain/hurt held deep inside. Which takes lot of our mental energy to process things, keeps our head occupied. Feeling out of touch with reality.
It needs healing & releasing through hypnotherapy & mindfulness.
