She is just having adjustment issues. She is young and may have unfulfilled dreams or fears because of the responsibility that marriage brings with itself. Give her some time and a lot of support without judging or labelling her behaviour.  Empathy and understanding may be enough to make her feel accepted and loved.

Hi, Its really appreciable that you are trying to understand and help your wife. To recover from this we need to understand her suffering and perspective. Consult to psychologist where she will open up. Hypnotherapy will help her to relax, manage herself and lift her confidence.

There is something which your wife is going through in her mind which is required to be cleared. I would recommend check if she is having severe physical symptoms, connecting with a psychiatrist for immediate assistance. If not, counselling can also help. Even a combination of both would be beneficial in long run.
Next Steps
Check the symptoms and proceed accordingly.

Hi, If you are aware of what is going on, then I'd suggest you to come for therapy. Once you come for counseling, you'll be able to help her too.

Hi... As you have mentioned she is consuming psychiatric medicines so did you received any diagnosis from the psychiatrist. If not, please consult a Psychiatrist for a medical diagnosis and treatment, which includes a combination of medication and psychotherapy. Few questions need to be answered before going further with her treatment. 1. Did she experienced any shock or trauma which       is now coming out in this form. 2. Is it the failure in this examination, that has     triggered her present condition or she was     already in a volatile state and this failure has     broken her completely. 3. Did she married against her will and what were     the circumstances when she agreed to get into a     marriage. 4. Is there anything which is not in the forefront but       is the primary cause of her condition.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist for a medical diagnosis and medication. Consult a Psychologist for Counselling/Psychotherapy. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
