There is no best way but suitable way .  The way  I use is that by changing our attitudes about something which is negative  as some time it not possible to change negative but we can only change our attitude about negative and can feel ,behave differently in constructive manner  . 2.other way is instead of changing your attitudes, accept your thinking as it as and stick with your values

Hi.. I believe you are talking in terms of your work setting and not just your personal life. In a work team it is essential to stay put in difficult times and avoid responding with blames and accusations. But it all matters when the company is willing to keep investing in a resource (human or physical) with respect to the downswing in the market/economy. Also, leadership matters a lot. Managers cannot buffer their teams if the leadership is weak or unwilling to sustain a particular team. In terms of your own career always think in terms of employment security and not job security.

Visualization techniques. Aromatherapy. Going to bed at a regular time and relaxing before bed with soothing music. ... Avoiding alcohol, caffeine or any mood-altering substances.
